Disappointing and misleading

I have been a bowmar customer for over 4 years. While they used to offer tasty products with good customer service that has all changed.

They are almost always out of stock, even for subscriptions. They dont notify you ahead of time. Often they take your money and then you have to wait for a refund as if they didnt know they were out of stock before they did that. They make it almost impossible to use your rewards on subscriptions. The customer service is awful. They lie until you threaten to cancel and then change the answer.

They used to come in tubs. Then they switched to bags which was fine until the bags continued to get thinner and the seals tear and end up with bits of plastic in the product. Complaints aren't handled well and I don't think they care about the average person's business anymore. I canceled all my subscriptions and left almost 9,000 points in rewards. Its not worth the hassle or frustration. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Great supplements, despite this other review

I have been taking Bowmar Nutrition supplements for oh idk about 2 years now. The greens are great, the flavor them just enough to where they taste natural and not overly sweetened. Their all natural protein powder does have an odd taste, but lets hand it to it being all natural. I've taken their joint supplement, and wow my knees no longer crack, its all natural and made out of stuff your body needs. I used their preworkout, their citrapeak, collagen (which is so great), their fiber, greens, red and puples, and also have tried their energy line. Honestly, to the other review here, he obviously does NOT know the whole story, and Sarah and Josh will go out of their way to protect their brand. They give great discounts, informative content on their page, and downright just know what I am purchasing NOW is legit since their kicked their old processing company. If you didnt get thirty servings of your protein, use a scale and go by grams, your overscooping buddies.
