Always a great service
Always a great service. This year however, I received notification from royal mail regarding a letter addressed to me with "no postage" and they wanted circa £5 to deliver the letter. At this stage I had no idea who the letter was from or for. I paid the £5 only to find out it was from bowmonk. I then had to pay bowmonk to deliver the meter back. A simple email of notification is sufficient. I don't want to be paying £5 just to receive a letter.
Otherwise always a good fast service.

Didn’t need calibrating
You sent me a recalibration letter and it wasn’t until I sent my unit that I realised it was not due for another 12 months. You should review and check your calibration dates before u send out letters. Its expensive enough without doing it early
