I got in touch with Bown from their website wanting 50 Golf Polo Shirts in various sizes with a couple of colour logos on for a Golf Day we're organising. Phil from their Business Development team was very prompt and helpful in all queries when it came to discussing various designs and logo positioning as well as sending over the proofs.
There was a slight issue when the polo shirts came in, which was no fault of Bown's, but they informed me instantly - gave me options - and the issue was resolved very smoothly with the end result being that I got exactly what I expected, when I needed it, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work received.

I was greatly impressed with the services I received . My order was done to my specification and I was greatly impressed with the team work from the receptionist who first answered my initial inquiry phone call upto those who delivered the order. May thanks to Phil who tolerated my continuous alterations and my email demands with great patience. Even though we had to make some extra demands on short notice, we still received our goods on the agreed date. I can recommend anyone without hesitation.
