First class service
Placed a couple of orders with bownet and I have to say the service was excellent. Some items where out of stock and within a very short time Kim contacted me to update me of when the the items would be in stock and Kim made arrangements for the items to all be shipped at the same time and they arrived on the agreed day. Excellent service will definitely use them again in the future.

Ordered a tp-link camera
Ordered a tp-link camera, received a prompt email advising out of stock but new stock expected, First rate communications updating stock levels and item delivered on a Sunday! to fit in with my holidays.
Excellent customer service fully deserves 5 Stars.
Not a massive electrical/electronics user but first place I'll look in the future.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. Steve went out of his way to call a courier when I messed an order and forgot to add something. The courier came back and picked it up without me having to pay extra shipping. Definately would recommend this company to anyone I know. And they're cheaper than alot of companies around. 10/10.

Favourite Supplier

Needed Help & Crayford site Provided it
Visited the Crayford site needing lots of help. knew what I wanted to do, but not what was actually available. Staff listened to what I was trying to explain and my problems. Were very helpful an showed me what they could supply. One item would not fit in the space I had so spoke to a colleague who suggest another item which fitted the space I had. Will definitley be going back when I need this type of product.

This is the first purchase I have made with Bownet and they couldn't do enough for me. To me, they are the perfect supplier, keeping me up to date all the way through. Great product at a super price
Great product at a super price. In fact the lowest price I could find. I normally buy in bulk so to get a few little thing's here and there almost seams like a pain to my supplier. With these guys no item is too small. Super fast delivery also.
