Bownet was recommended to me by another business owner who praised their customer service and wide selection of network and cabling stock. After a couple of projects to install small office network solutions, I am so pleased I have found them. Really knowledgeable and helpful, made sure I'd thought through everything I needed to buy for the jobs and gave me options over different priced components to make sure I got the best value for the budget. Superb and look forward to being a long-term customer. I will never buy from the likes of Amazon again, when I can support a local business that offers such excellent service at a comparable price to online-only retailers.

Late Delivery. Shows as next day delivery when placing the order but tracking then shows 2 day delivery. I would not have ordered from them knowing this.

Amazing service. Excellent price and quality. Order arrived the next day. Courier was very friendly and polite.

I ordered a cabinet and didn't realize shipping would cost more to Northern Ireland (I know, I should have known this) they emailed me informing me of this and got back to me with a price of the shipping. Unfortunately it was out of budget but they were happy & very quick to issue a refund.

Excellent value for money and speedy delivery.

I l ordered two black grommets with other items, first of all no order confirmation email or web confirmation. I received only one grommet and grey one not black one that I ordered. Received invoice after couple of days, invoice had correct quantity, when contacted I got reply that I had to send item back on my expense and only then they will send correct number of items what a helpful customer service plus they don't stock items they are just mediator, this was clearl from their communication as I was told that their supplier messed up order. This cost me 2 week delay in project and hard time finding exact second grommet and had to pay more because of fixed delivery charges. Message is clear avoid this seller.
