I wanted a small 8 port router, which is what I got! - for £11 you can't argue...worked without any drivers etc..Happy customer.

Ordered some Cat6 networking products, descriptions and photos of items were very good, products arrived in good time and were well packaged.

I was looking for PDU C14 to UK plug that was rack mountable for a home install and that didn't cost 90 quid. Did a quick google and found bownet and I noticed they also did an Excel 6a patch panel which I also happened to be installing at the time as well. While I needed the panel ASAP as it is not going in a rack, its being wall mounted and I needed it to make mouting easier, I grabbed that too. Having never heard of bownet before I obviously did a review and noticed the only negative review was actually positive... some guy using subdomains of the companies he deals with blahblah - dude use a generic email, you want to know which company sold your data right? so you create a new email for each and every supplier - I would sack you on the spot.

The PDU was out of stock and so bownet emailed me to let me know would it be ok for a replacement or would I like a refund etc... for me the replacement is perfectly ok each item was sent with tracking and i knew when and where they were turning up. Bownet were in touch several times through the delivery to ensure everything went well and I received my items within 2 days even though one of the items was out of stock - I placed the 2-3 day delivery so I consider that a win.

I ran the cables today and I need 20 modules and (thus) 20 patch sockets, although I will order 24 for the patch, faceplates etc... all in cat6a so this was never going to be a cheap installation although bownet are 9.333333333% cheaper than the next cheapest guy. They use paypal, they delivery on time with great customer service...

Super happy with my experience they are cheaper than misco / cable monkey by far and provide all the same delivery options (next day, before 12 etc...) plus more like super saver 2-4 and 2-3 etc... and to have constant contact with the supplier is just a great all round experience.
