Having only recently moved to Blaenau Ffestiniog, my car was due an M.O.T. My neighbour highly recommended Bowydd Garage. When I phoned them Robbie told me that they were fully booked up for the next 3 weeks. However, when I explained my predicament to him & that I desperately needed my car as I'am having on-going treatment for cancer, he was able to fit me in. The staff were all friendly & polite & they provided an excellent service. I will definitely be using the services of Bowydd Garage for all of my future car needs. Thank you so much.

Very knowledgeable staff,use of genuine JLR parts.My Range Rover went in for a full service plus gearbox service.Work carried out promptly and courtesy car given.I received my Range Rover back spotless and the servicing was recorded on Land Rover's online service record.I felt that they went the extra mile to ensure that everything was perfect including highlighting a couple of things that will need doing in the future.Would definitely recommend and use again.Very friendly staff too

Booked in at 10:30 and all done before 11:30. Not an easy job and the repair service was impressive. Refitting broken glass and window mechanism repair/replacement. Staff there are friendly, professional and brilliant with a decent coffee machine (free!).

Can't believe the service I recieved this morning. Phoned at 8am to say car wouldn't start even with a jump start and was told "I'll be there in five minutes with a power starter " True to his word the garage owner arrived, started the car, told me to drive round for a while then take it to the garage where he tested the battery which needed replacing. He told me he would order a new one and ring me once it was done. Efficient, trustworthy, great customer service are words that come to mind and keep me coming back to use their services for all my car's requirements.

As always a quick and efficient repair at a very reasonable price.
I fully recommend this garage for any car problem you may have.
