appalling service. completely failed to respond to several attempts to contact them about my unfulfilled order confirmed back in June. i have complained to groupon and hopefully they will no longer use this merchant. Avoid!
Ruined my Xmas surprise which I ordered for my caring managers who have supported me throughout the year!
I gave it a week and when enquiring I was told to expect them Friday, however nothing turned up!!
This also meant they weren’t able to send them Monday or Tuesday!!! (for some reason?!?!)
No compensation or real apology was offered!
Really gutted I used this company again!!
I am now waiting on a refund so I can use a company that will deliver on time! (And found one cheaper) but I’m guessing this refund isn’t going to be in my account for some time so they are now making it difficult for me to start a new order with a different company (as I need the money)! So Box and Bloom have definitely ruined my Xmas!!!
