Our website provider implements changes from time to time and, since this is a fairly new process for us, I imagine those backend improvements have created a glitch in the system. This should definitely not be happening and I will investigate it now.

At one point one of my lids broke and I found out through my local shop that I was entitled to a free replacement once, spare parts for many boxes in their collection are also available to order online.
