SO happy that the my broken lid was easily replaced and that I may now continue using my bento box. I am hopeful that the lid will last longer this time!

After searching through many sites on the web for a high quality, moderate sized, thermos I found this one on Box Appetit. Not only does it fill the bill, but service from Box Appetit was excellent, and delivery was fast. Price was very reasonable, too.

I order two of the glass bottles, they both have faulty closures, the metal piece that holds the cork in place is not properly attached to the glass, it doesn't even go thru the bottle neck, so I can't close the bottles properly. I can only put the cork on top but not secure it for safety.
I also purchase a plastic one that doesn't have this problem, the design is beautiful and the water tastes great but the glass bottles need to be properly made to be useful.

I have ordered many things from Box Appetit before and just like before everything shipped quickly and I received my items promptly.

Seal is excellent and the snap on clips seem sturdy. Looking forward to bring breakfast and lunch to work in these streamlined but stylish containers.

I am so happy to finally be an owner of the new glass Eau Good water bottle! It is simply beautiful...and the Binchotan Charcoal really makes the tap water in my home taste good! I have a few of the plastic Eau good water bottles and I always got compliments on it...I also have several of you other products for my kitchen. Thanks for your phenomenal products!

This is a nice water bottle. It comes with a charcoal filter that is reusable for up to six months. For places where you are unsure about the quality of water, it is a good option to have. You have to leave it for a minimum of one hour to filter, which is a little annoying. Also, I was a little concerned about the plastic and also I can see that the ridge in the bottle where the charcoal filter locks can wear out quickly.
I do have to say thought that I like that it is a natural filter and will not have to replace for at least six months. Many of the brita filters and such wear out very quickly.

Great lunch box! It came with a wonderful booklet of lunch recipes too! Love the design of the box and the booklet. The company was good about shipping, etc. I'm pleased with the product and the customer experience.

I bought it for a friend and needed one for me! Super cool design, love the charcoal stick detoxifier. Water tastes super clean and crisp!

I ordered replacement parts for my water bottle. Excellent quality and arrived sooner than expected.
I'm still waiting for other colors to come in - that's taking a while for their product to come in.
But once they do, I know I'll get them soon. :)

This isn't my first lunch 'accessory' from Box Appetit, and everything I've received has been awesome. Well designed, a pleasure to use. KEEP IT UP!

The water tastes great and I love the design of the bottle

I really liked both food and coffee thermos, only problem is a little too small for me. Nice design and quality.
