Scam casino !!! Can’t withdrawal funds they keep delaying the process till u give up eventually use it on games they block your withdrawals many others below too have had there withdrawals blocked Boxbet.ip is a scam !!!

started betting here a few months ago. lost like 10k then kept redepositing and won 50k on mma and cs2 major.

got asked to complete kyc/verification which I did instantly. now they've closed my account.. so not expecting to get paid any of this money.

They process your deposits but do not accept your withdrawals. I have been waiting for over two weeks and my withdrawal has been put on hold. I have been playing online using boxbet.io where I won a considerable amount of crypto, 850 XRP. When I attempted to withdraw the website seems to experience a network issue which inhibited my from being able to withdraw. I note that in the past this feature did work. I contacted support who advised me that they were experiencing a system issue and must manually process my withdrawal. This process required that my account is temporarily closed and a ticket is raised (Ticket ID: 1010288).

Since logging this request I have been engaging their support team online via their chat features for an update. Every time I request an update the response is simply that their is no ETA and I will get an email update from their finance team once I get the request actioned.

It has now been four days and I am still waiting for a response.

I wish to raise this on Trustpilot for awareness and for Boxbet's finance team to properly acknowledge and respond.

Please note that I have fully KYC verified myself and done everything within my power to ensure that I have met my obligations so from my prospective there is no reason to not complete the manual withdrawal.

Please note that I have also engaged for external support via Askgamblers to assist me in resolving this issue.

This is 100% false, you never ever stated that you were migrating to a new license and that withdrawals in this time were temporarily suspended. You never once gave your personal email when dealing with this issue Paula and your team member Johan never engaged me about this issue other than wanting to give me a free bonus to continue playing. Seriously, I cannot believe how much your guys are trying to cover this up.

You just continued to state you had a technical issues and did not know when it would be resolved.

I spent the XRP I won because you guys took over several days of constant delays, you never stated the exact reason for the issue as per below you continued to state it was an technical issue without any specific information.

I will continue to hold my feedback on trust pilot until I receive my refund of 850 XRP. Your license migration caused the issue and cause me to not be able to withdraw my funds.

I will remove the feedback if I get a refund.

Update 13/07/25 - Boxbet continue to update their Trust Pilot Response attempting to insinuate that they made it aware they were migrating licences to me which is completely false, this was never made aware. In addition to any potential users considering using their platform ask yourself why would a new platform need to switch licensing so early. Also look into how they originally operated as Hollycorn NV and now have switched to a new company name. Go check out HollyCorn NV and their dodgy websites they control then tell me who is legit in this discussion.
