Order that never came.

Ordered a 3 pack and was provided delivery in 1-3days. Two weeks later I still haven't received the order, customer service doesn't even respond, the shipper just sends an automated reply saying it's in transit. It was only traveling within the US across a few states. This was a gift for multiple people and ordered well in advance but not received. Oh and they claim to have a 14 day return policy from shipping. NEVER order from this company.

No response on tracking till two weeks later after 3 emails received track details for each item. Track says stuck half way in Sydney. Still haven't received my items for Christmas. It's boxing day. Not happy. Scammers.

Biggest waste of money

Biggest waste of money! It was a joke on Christmas morning due to being impossible to use. String and a ball that goes every-which-way. My second son didn’t even unwrap the gifted box after seeing how disappointed his brothers were. I want to return and get my $100 back

Order arrived box was broken it was a present for Xmas. Open opening the game it wasn't even complete and was unusable. I was told if I returned it I would need to pay the shipping which I was prepared to pay. I am still waiting to find out where to return it to. Complete waste of money BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Achteraf had ik beter naar de reviews moeten kijken: met een gemiddelde van 1,3 doe je echt iets goed fout. Jammer. Ik ga er niet meer van uit dat ik dit ooit nog ontvang en kan waarschijnlijk fluiten naar mijn €30.

Ordered before Christmas with a guaranteed delivery before the holidays. The parcel now seems to have been returned. I emailed Boxbollen, but haven’t received any response at all. In hindsight, I should’ve checked the reviews first; an average rating of 1.3 means something is seriously wrong. Disappointing. At this point I don’t expect to receive my order and I’ll likely have to accept losing €30.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Items were ordered for Christmas guaranteed delivery shown on the site by days , but it’s the 24th and there isn’t even an ETA I just a created label no movement . Also No responses when contacted multiple times. I bought a set of 3 and not only is my money tied up in items that are not going to arrive in time I’m out shopping on Christmas Eve for replacement presents. Items will be returned and I’d steer clear of this site and product because horrible customer service speaks volumes.

Don’t purchase or prepare to be disappointed

No response when following up on my order - the only form of contact is an email address and they have an automated message response when attempting to contact via chat on social media. Delivery did occur on Christmas Eve which was just in time however instead of a ten pack they only delivered one. Many others have experienced the same, or not receiving anything at all. A very regretful purchase - AUD$300 for 1 foam ball, a stretchy string and a velcro headband - they’re treading a fine line of being a scam.

If there was 0 stars, I’d rate Boxbollen that. I placed an order for a Christmas gift. The company hired DoorDash to deliver. It supposedly delivered to “me” on December 22nd. When I still didn’t have the gift to give on December 25th, I reached out. DoorDash wrongly delivered to another address and Boxbollen refused to help. I went door-to-door and posted on my community page. Nobody came forward. Boxbollen told me I had to contact DoorDash myself. I did. DoorDash said because I didn’t have the business account, there’s nothing it could do. I reached back out to Boxbollen and the company just kept insisting it was delivered - which it was - just not to me - the person who paid for it. Finally, I filed a credit dispute through my bank and won. This company sucks and I would not recommend doing business with it. Pathetic company with terrible customer service. It’s odd my reviews keep being removed so I’ll continue to post on every forum to help any other poor soul.

Ordered this for Christmas on Dec 14th still do not have it and you can only type to a BOT if you have questions for them! They have celebrities as Ambassadors advertising this product. I would like to know who owns the company. Overall seems like a scam.

Ordered in late November. The order has remained “Confirmed” with no delivery and no updates, despite advertised 1–5 business day delivery.

This was a Christmas present and it will not arrive in time. I have emailed over a dozen times with no reply. I also DM’d them and was redirected back to the same email address that they do not respond to, clearly to avoid dealing with the issue.

Payment was taken in full, yet there has been no product and no communication.

Do not consider ordering from this business and do not believe their delivery promises.

Save yourself some money and don’t buy this!!

Purchased product on November 23rd. Still waiting for order. I have tried reaching out over 7 times trying to talk to someone. Nothing. The tracking number isn’t even a real number according to dragonfly (our courier service in Newfoundland) I am very disappointed. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I would be completely ok if they responded saying they are on back order it’s sent out but held up but nothing- no communication what so ever. And now I went to give an angry 😡 emoji on Facebook and apparently it won’t let me. Maybe they have me blocked. Save your money. I think they got in over their head and are afraid to admit it own up!!! Tell your customers what’s going on!!!

No customer service

Ordered on 14 Dec, got confirmed almost immediately with delivery expected in 1-5 days. Next confirmation that parcel is on the way on 16 Dec. Tracking with the courier company states parcel still being prepared by sender and not collected until 22 Dec with estimated delivery on 7 Jan. Emailed boxbollen and messaged them via instagram and no response. Will reverse charge via credit card company

Where is my purchase Boxbollen?

Purchased the product on 12 November 2025. Have not received it despite a confirmation email to say I would have it within 1 to 5 days. No response from them whatsoever when I enquired as to it's delivery. Today being 23 December 2025 they had the audacity to send me an email to take up further offers. You have to be kidding. So sorry I didn't read the reviews on this company first. Would have saved me time and money!
