My order was sent incomplete i ordered and paid for 3 journals received 1. Sent a number of emails and tried to phine left a message. Received no reply. Highly unsatisfactory.

I discovered the company after my go to diary/planner had it's features changed. I received my order today and couldn't be happier with my purchase! Good quality, well priced, free and quick delivery. Well thought out - goal setting, montly view, weekly view with a blank page on the side that's great for planning.

I ordered a 2026 Planner from Boxclever press from France
It's was send in August
Unfortunately undelivered because they used undeliverable format as a roll
French Post returned it to sender
Now they play at
"We appreciate your patience and understanding; this system enables us to respond to urgent queries promptly."
And refused to answer to my message since September
Don't order anything !
This enterprise isn't reliable!

Very unfortunate call.. Had a very short call with the owner Sarah as i had a question regarding a missing payment method.. She just hanged up and said "I don't have time"... would have been great with clearance

I have purchased their Home Planner for years, and always found it very good.
This year, I have been quite disappointed by the changes they made.
First of all, the quality of the paper feels much thinner and inferior compared to the previous versions, however that can be considered a minor detail.
What really disappointed me is that in earlier planners, you’d have a few months of cross over between they years (so for example, the 2025 planner would go from September 2024 till December 2025), whereas this year they have included from Jan to Dec 2026 only, which is extremely inconvenient as now you need to have 2 calendars on the go.
Unless they’ll revert to the old format, I won’t be buying from them anymore.

I have been buying the Boxclever Press Family Life Book since my first child was born in 2016. For some inexplicable reason they've decided to change it from an academic year planner to a January - December format.

This was not well publicised so I bought it anyway despite the price hike only to find that it's not at all suitable for my needs. I can't return it because I'd already written my name and phone number in it by the time I noticed the change.

I'll have to go and buy a new planner that actually fits my needs now and I'm so disappointed I won't be able to buy from this shop any more as I've supported the business for nine years now.

If you're going to make such a big change to your products in future it should be well publicised on social media and in bold on the website or a sticker graphic on each photo of the diary, not a tiny wee "please note..." at the bottom of the item description.

I ordered the diary/planner for 2025 (it’s called a Family Life Book). Everything very useful and nicely laid out. However I probably wouldn’t buy this one again as it’s too heavy a tome to carry around with you so it just has to sit on a desk. Also the very pretty (and I was hopeful of them being ) useful stickers are useless as when peeled off their sticky sheet there is no adhesive on the actual stickers themselves.

Box arrived empty. Ignored my messages. Next day dilivery apparently not possible. Now don't have a diary to start the year and we are already a week in after waiting for an empty box to arrive.

Absolutely love my Boxclever Press Academic Diary, currently on my 4th! Had a small issue this time and the customer service has been fantastic. Couldn't have asked for more.
Also love all the accessories they offer and will be purchasing more!

I have just received the pocket life book and the life book, they are both fantastic, I have had box clever diaries for many years and they never disappoint. We had a little issue, nothing to do with Box Clever, and Kirsty went above and beyond to resolve this for us, fabulous, many thanks

My daughter bought me a Boxclever organiser calendar for Christmas. I have just filled in all my dates, activities etc for 2024 and then discovered that there is nothing to hang the calendar with!! Is this a mistake? What is the point of a calendar if you can't hang it anywhere? So disappointed ☹️

My go-to company for yearly planners. Beautifully designed pages (monthly calendar + weekly spread) and cover. They are a pleasure to use, and I end up making most of the additional features like bill tracking, monthly goals and dreams section, notes pages etc. Also fast delivery which I was pleasantly surprised with, thank you.

After researching for days to find the perfect academic diary that has day a page layout I decided to go with their option on Amazon, for a hefty price, as I precipislt had their week to view alternative that was amazing quality, layout and extra planner pages (hemce the 2 starts instead of 1). However, this time I am beyond dissapointed... The paper quality is sooo bad, even a ball-point pen bleeds through. Im only in 3 days and the oages are already worn and creased and horrible. Literally no separation between weeks or months, no monthly calendar view or anything. So if i want to properly organise my schedule I need a separate notebook and also a separate calendar to see my weekly, monthly and yearly schedule. If I hadn't bothered to write in it (silly me) I would have sent it back for sure. For £15, absolute rip off :(

Most disappointed what I thought I had ordered and what I received wanted it it for a secret Santa but am too embarrassed to give this am having to rush around now last minute to get something actually decent to give caused untold distress won’t be shopping with this company felt mislead Jacqueline Owens ordered from Amazon 😌

Ordered a couple of A5 diary/notepad covers for my partner. The colours are as shown (we ended up reordering both the light and dark pink ones) and the quality was a real surprise. Compared to the one we had from WH Smith, these are wonderful: soft to the touch, tough stitching, good sized pockets inside and out, proper zip and big enough to hold a massive page-per-day tome.

We had a minor incident with our third order, where only one of two items was in the package. However, our email to support was answered extremely quickly (less than 20 minutes) and the whole situation resolved quickly and efficiently.

We'd never heard of the company until a week or two ago, which is a real shame as they're excellent.

I don't write many reviews but had to for the calender I just bought from boxclever. I have the home planner 2021 which is large and such good quality. I needed to order a new one and as I was away from home I ordered from a busy b branded calender online (£9.99), when it arrived I was so shocked as the quality compared to the one I had was terrible, so thin and so flimsy and cheap looking. I then checked and realised I was mistaken and that I actually wanted a boxclever press one. I sent the busy b one back to amazon and ordered the 2022 home planner (£11.99) direct from boxcleverpress for the extra £2 you can't go wrong as the boxclever press calender is really lovely and good value for money. Arrived quickly and well packaged, can't see myself getting another brand as they really are the best quality calenders I have seen.
