Excellent customer service.Provided products within the day as a customer based in Dublin. Was able to speak directly with the staff. Friendly and helpful staff. Boxes are not made for heavy items, so be aware of that before you order.

I ordered boxes and few stuff which they gave me tracking order with extra 0s. This lead to absence of result when tracking and confusion with the fastway delivery. I missed my f***ing delivery and have to go to the depot twice just to get it. I spent at least 100 euros for that. Not to mention the size of the stickers bought were too small.

Buy from other company that you and your friends can TRUST.

Not to mention missing an item in the delivery! Which the fastway company compensated it!

Your small mistake of inputting the track code lead to a lot of disaster!

I called to the premises to buy some moving stuff, boxes, tape, chair and mattress covers and some vacuum bags etc. it was all good. Service was prompt and friendly. The prices and the quality are in and around what you’ll pay in other moving supply companies and there is a balance to be struck between moving products doing the job and price. What good is a tough as nails box at double or treble the price or a mattress cover when you’ve finished moving !! An item I had paid for was left off the order which I discovered when I got home and being under pressure I rang and asked could it be posted out to me, which is was. By courier.
I bought a double/king size size mattress cover which was a bit on the tight side although the sizes seemed to match my measurements and which tore a bit as it went on so maybe I’d get the larger size if I was doing it again. But I’d definitely recommend Box Depot.
