Great Product!
It was very easy to setup and use while looking great in front of the house. I had issues with packages getting stolen which forced me to schedule deliveries around when I am home. But with this I can just order without worrying about if I will be home to collect.
The medium sized parcel box arrived quickly after ordering and was well packed. The fittings were secured to the bottom in a bag. I didn't find any instructions and wasn't sure what sized drill bit to use for fitting to the outside wall, but I contacted Boxfort and received a courteous response. They promised to look into it and got back to me with the details (10mm drill bit). I have suggested that a sheet of instructions would be helpful to customers and they acknowledged this positively. The parcel box looks very good now that it is in place and I hope that it will prove useful and longlasting.
