Would have had 5 stars were it not for the bizarre delivery arrangements
They have a good range of products and their prices, on the whole, are lower than those of another, more well-known, UK shopping site. I would have given them 5 stars were it not for the bizarre delivery arrangements. They specify that they use Parcelforce for shipping. Part of my order was shipped by Parcelforce and I received it within a few days of it being dispatched. However the rest of my order was sent overland using DPD. Unfortunately this part of my order contained products with a short best before date and, by the time I received this part of my order, these products were well past their best before date. They said that the Parcelforce lorry had an accident on the day that this part of my order was due to be dispatched and so they shipped it using DPD. I find this very bizarre as they could have sent this part of my order by Parcelforce too during the next few days and it would still have been delivered earlier than it was with DPD.
