Box Office Ticket Sales Reviews 

I specified print at home tickets. My receipt email stated (I cut and paste) "We’ll email you with instructions for downloading your tickets. You will need to print your eTickets, and bring them with you to the event." What was delivered was Mobile Device tickets (and strict instructions not to print out). I have no mobile device hence could not use. I emailed asking for advice. The response said, in so many words, "use your mobile device." Fortunately one of my party had a mobile device, otherwise I would have 50/50 chance convincing the box office I actually had tickets.

I liked how the security handled everything and how they were professional and of the main events, I'll be back for the event for sure.

Tickets wouldn't open that we're sent, the seats were terrible.Not what was purchased, customer service is the worst that you could ever deal with! Do not use this company under any circumstances!!

When I got an email that the tickets were ready, I was unable to access them. Then it took me about 1/2 hour to get a hold of a person to get that straightened out. And you don't allow the tickets to be downloaded to my Google Wallet, which means it's a real hassle when I need them (I have to have cell service or the right wifi, and I have to remember the website and my login credentials to access the tickets). For $75 per ticket service fee it wasn't a good experience.

Good job fast, reliable service no problems

First of all, the name is set up to make you believe you’re buying from the venue not some guy named Saheed.

Then when the event was postponed, they told me I could resell the tickets via their website. When I tried I was told I can’t because the tickets were bought from a 3rd party (them). Avoid.

Great seats. I had never been this close to the field. It was easy to purchase the tickets and receive them.

It was a great first experience purchasing a ticket for a concert event. The ticket was electronically transferred instantly. All the fees were upfront and not tacked on at the end like some sort of surprise

My husband did not clearly see that this was a
resale ticket seller. One of our guests lost his ticket in the storm. My husband had put all 4 tickets on our credit card. We went to the ticket window to discuss our dilemma and they couldn't do anything about it. Vwe ended up having to rebuy terrible seats in a very high area. This couple have a hard time walking and they ended up having to spend another $120.00 just to but two tickets together. Other options could have been given by a manager. I am a business trainer and know that in order to provide "service beyond expectations",this is what they should be striving for. Eight year old people are not trying to cheat anyone!

Terrible. Did not give all the necessary instructions for getting the tickets. Found out at the ballpark after getting tickets at the box office that a particular app is needed yet never told that by this company. Even asking for help the exact same instructions were given with no mention of needing an outside app.

awful. Scammed me into thinking no tickets were left for an event that never even sold out. Charged me $2000 for tickets that should have been $40 and couldn't get refund.

Getting the ticketgs was easy it was a little difficult at first for me to find the MLB Application for my tickets on my Android but that was "User Error".

The people were great
The ticket process was simple
The band was excellent

Wonderful show and fabulous fun! Will return in the future.
