I did not get all the items in the box that I ordered. Although it was nice it was not quite what I ordered and feel I should have been informed if replacements were going to be made.

Order still hasn’t been delivered. Had 0 responses when I’ve tried to query it. 0 updates on the order. Extremely disappointed

Boxes are great love them ordered a few times now but delivery wow every-time it takes a week minimum! Definitely puts me off buying sometimes when I want to get something for some one quick but other than that great! If they speed the delivery process up I’d be ordering a lot more!

Package didn’t arrive and no response from sellar when chased. Seeking refund

Ordered for my friend post surgery. The box never arrived and the tracking information doesn’t track to anything.
I have emailed several times, sent messages on Instagram and Facebook but no response. No idea if it’s lost or they just take your money. For a gifting company this is really awful and makes it look to my friend as if I didn’t bother with a gift to cheer her up. I hate to to have the only option is to leave a review as the best outcome now will be that someone else doesn’t have the same happen to them. Appears this happens all too frequently with this company and it’s inexcusable to just not bother replying to your customers and to not send out purchases items. Not that they ever reply to apologies….I will be claiming a chargeback.

It was a birthday present for my daughter, I didn't know how it was wrapped or sent, and I couldn't see on the Web site how it would have been seen when delivered.
As it was bought as a birthday present, could it have had an appropriate gift box for it.

As great as the concept is, the execution wasn't as great...

I ordered a box for my girlfriend and found one that was vegan. Delighted, I chose that, knowing what would be included. When received, we realised that the tea wasn't as advertised as a superfruit flavour, but Earl Grey (which isn't her cup of tea...) and that the Watermelon Handsanistiser was missing. 😔

Everything else was really lovely, though emailing and not hearing back has left a slight bitter aftertaste with the service.

I would have used the service again without any hesitation, but incorrect and missing items and no reply from the customer service department doesn't really sit well with me and I suspect it won't do with whoever reads this either.

Excellent value for money. Was a lovely pick me up for a friend going through a bad time
