Royal Mail lost my parcel and customer service couldn’t have been better - Darius emailed super quickly and explained the next steps . Another box was delivered in a really quick time frame , when they said they would . I was guided through the process at all times with emails and follow up to check I was happy with the whole process . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Can not fault these guys at all, the whole reason for me buying was to get kits of teams I wouldn’t really know about or wouldn’t think to go out and by that teams kit. From the way it was boxed and neatly wrapped, to the littler things like card with the information about the team and then the little extra stickers and sweets. Recently placed an order and had to get in touch with customer services and had an almost instant reply from ‘Darius’ and he has been extremely helpful. This is now my second order and I will be placing more.

This company was recommended to me by my daughter, although my order was lost by Royal mail,Darius kept in touch by email & promised an urgent replacement order by special delivery which has arrived today, what excellent customer service ! Thankyou boxtobox & Darius.

Bought this subscription as a birthday gift for our football mad son. As any parent of teenagers knows they can be very difficult to impress but the concept of a mystery shirt *shock horror* absolutely blew him away. He was so pleased with the shirt and has also gained an interest in clubs that he didnt know existed. The package, albeit simple from the outside I'll admit was a little underwhelming but lets be honest it's the suspense of the surprise that counts. Approx 10 minutes after ordering he is already anticipating his next one. Thumbs up!
