Disappointing
I paid for delivery of this order before Christmas and was assured it would be delivered on 23 December. By end of Christmas Eve it had still not arrived, with no reply to my emails asking for updates. Very disappointing and will not be buying from boxtree again.

Deepest apologies that your gift did not arrive in time for Christmas, this is very disappointing.
I can see that your order was placed on the 21st December and was dispatched the very next day so under usual circumstances, your gift box would have reached your recipient in plenty of time before Christmas. Unfortunately, Royal Mail were experiencing very high volumes over Christmas so parcels were taking a little longer to arrive.
