Was disappointed that my message stated…
Was disappointed that my message stated to be opened on 3rd aug as it was a gif5 fir my best friend.however the sticker said open on 28th July so my friend did. Spoilt the birthday surprise. However my friend was very pleased with the gift. Company answered my complaint straight away and sent me a little gift in the post as way of an apology. I would definitely reccomend this company and use it in the future. Carol

Confirmation emails could be improved.
Yet to hear how the gift was with the recipient however a bit disappointed in the lack of confirmation email showing the products I had ordered. Also delivered a day late. Cannot log in to look at order either. As the order was delivered a day late I have it at my work place rather than with the recipient. It looks impressive, will update when she has opened it.

I was absolutely delighted with Box…
I was absolutely delighted with Box Tree - I placed an order for a gift box for a friend and loved the variety of gifts I could choose from. It was such a lovely experience choosing the gifts and my friend is delighted with them.
I was also very impressed with their customer service. I submitted the wrong address by mistake and they were so helpful and understanding.
I would definitely use this fabulous company again.

Lovely items but packaging let it down
Lovely items but packaging let it down. The standard Box Tree gift box is covered in their own branding with notes about following them on social etc. If I am giving this as a gift, I don’t really want to have the branding all over the box. It would have been better to just have a little card inside about Box Tree and then leave the main gift box as plain so it looks like a present.
Just glad I had it delivered direct to me and not the recipient.
I ended up having to go out and buy my own gift box, which sort of defeats the purpose of the Box Tree gift service.
The products were really lovely though, and delivery was fast.

Great product, late delivery
I was very happy with the product, but unfortunately (and likely due to no fault of BoxTree), the delivery was later than expected. As these were birthday presents, it may be useful to send these out earlier rather than later (next time for target delivery date, I would put in an earlier date!).
