Terrible company! I ordered almost a year ago, and have never received my item. There is no phone number to call, and they never respond to my emails. They are a SCAM!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. My order is going on one year. I have the Missouri attorney general investigating them as well as the Better Business Bureu. Boxzilla has failed to respond to either of them including me for a year. They've sent me bogus shipping information and USPS said they can't do anything about the package not getting to me because the company didn't pay for insurance on the items shipped. Items were never shipped, they "printed a label", but never put in the mail. It's all a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a full set of Demon Slayer Pops and 2 other items back LAST year this time (2021) and still no product. I've reached out to them several times and the only answer I got was "they haven't received product yet" and nothing else after that. No updates on orders. No updates on when I would, or should, be expecting them, no nothing. The sad thing about it all, is that I reached out the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and even they couldn't get a hold of them. I actually got the email this morning saying they couldn't do anything to resolve it and closed the case and advised I reach out to Attorney Generals to final a complaint and go from there. Oh, and the best part? They advertise on their FaceBook page of new products and every single time there's a comment on it, it's people asking where their product is. Please, don't see a few good comments of people saying it's legit. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THIS. COMPANY. They're scummy and you'll never get the products or money back.

Pre-ordered x2 chase bundle Funko pops, noticed they'd come in stock on all the other sites I usually use, tried to contact the company several times just to get an update, had absolutely no reply what so ever. Never ever received the items, please avoid at all costs, they are scammers!

Took my money 8 months ago. Never sent my products and never replied to numerous attempts to reach them. Do not ever make a purchase here.

Boxzilla has taken my money but have made no effort to contact me about my order. I've sent multiple emails and nothing. They have ghosted me and I'm not the only. Do not use this company

TLDR is I never got the items I ordered.
I purchased several items from them on March 11th and I’m writing this review on April 15th exactly where I was then only with less money in my pockets. I’ve contacted Affirm (another bad review incoming) and boxzilla time and time again. Word of advice to the company: if you can’t keep up with all your orders then hire more people. If you can’t keep up with ANY of your orders then shut down. Avoid this company at all costs.
