Blame to the Pet Shop Boys, I have been a customer since 1988. It's been ages since my last shopping but I realized, recently, you might be on the web. So after all that, I have become, again, your customer. The range is wide, but you keep the old designs alive and that's, to me, the top thing. Shame of the delays because of the Post issues you and I have been experiencing lately but, again, it is a proof of your care, the feedback you provide regarding the delays. The shopping process is easy and I'll look forward to keep on shoping a long time on the future
Still nothing - no reply, no delivery
Extremely bad. Orders still did not come, customer support never replied to any of my emails, facebook or instagram messages, and those orders were placed and paid for more than three weeks ago.
False delivery
I order a jumper in XL. A week later I was told that my package had been sent. A week later I was told that they didn't have my size and that I had bought something out of thin air. They accept my money, notify me that the package has been sent, when it has not.

I placed two orders more than 10 days ago, paid for them and got the order confirmation email, but since then - radio silence. I reached out to their customer support email, instagram inbox and also facebook messenger politely asking for an update for the orders, but nobody replied. No response from my two emails to customer service that I have sent a week apart to request assistance with my order to Oz which has been sitting with Royal Mail and not despatched since December 6th. When you purchase AU $200 of goods and pay an additional fee for international postage I would expect to receive my items in a timely manner and a response regarding my order. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Even if I was to receive my goods I’m now outside the return period Really disappointing. Definitely do not recommend.
