Disappointing experience — not worth the money

I received a voucher for this porcelain workshop as a gift and was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, it was nearly impossible to schedule — workshops are held only once a month, on working days, which makes it very difficult for anyone with a regular schedule to attend. I wasn’t the only one with this issue, as I later saw similar complaints in the comments.

The voucher was valid for six months, and by the time I reached out again to try to book, it had just expired — by only one month. I politely asked if they could make an exception given how limited the scheduling options are. Instead of understanding or even a basic level of customer service, I was met with rude, offensive replies. They treated me with hostility, called me names, and then blocked me on Instagram when I tried to calmly explain the situation.

This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a business that offers gift-based services. In the end, it was a complete waste of money and a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this workshop to anyone — there are far better and more respectful creative experiences out there.

If there was 10 star option, I would choose that one. For the quality, design and easy agreement that we made.

I only didn’t like that you can’t make payment with credit cards issued in Serbia where the seller is based which is both wired and funny

We bought online while in Serbia because the store was closed when we were in Belgrade. Saw product in window but looks even better in person. Very pleased and shipped to the US with no issue

This was my second time buying from Boya and it definitely wouldn’t be the last. I admire the superb craftsmanship of the furniture and the professionalism of the stuff.

Great service! I have ordered 2 cappuccino mugs. One white and the other one black. They didn’t have the black in the stock and I was told it will be available in February. I decided to have them delivered together, which is exactly what happened. I didn’t need to remained them. As soon as the black mug was available they were send to me! Mugs are beautiful. It would be great to have same design for latte as well.:-)
