Be aware. Online shop is a scam. They will stop responding to you after you pay money for the order. More than a month has passed since I made an order and nothing happens.

After 1 month I posted an online review on Google Maps. and shop representative finally started responding in WhatsApp. At first he said that they will return me money only if I remove this review. A sort of blackmailing which I was not ready for. After a while they agreed to cancel my order a way after promised timeline. But the return will take 30 days. And it could be faster if review will be removed. The fact is that It is not a return of purchase, I just cancel the order which was not fulfilled.

Since that moment a month has passed. I still don't get my money back.

May be you can buy something there offline. But as for online purchases - I'm not sure. See other reviews here. I'm not alone, based on other reviews on other forums

I found the shop in Google while I was looking for the particular bike. The price was the cheapest on the market, like -40-45% from RRP and -100€ from the closest competitor. That's the reason I ordered the bike and why the rating is not 3. There was no update to the status for more than a day so I texted them in WhatsApp, and found out that they did not have the right color in stock. OK, I chose another one for the same model, size and price, and they initialised the process. But again there were no updates for like a week. This time they said they had to order the bike from the factory and it should arrive in a few days. It actually arrived, and everything is OK with it. I've already had a ride, and it's awesome.

My complain is they are not responsible for the stock info on the site, so you'd better contact them in WhatsApp before ordering. And it's not like delivery in 24 hours like it's declared on the site, more like 2 weeks. Terms and conditions actually limit delivery time by 30 days, so I'm kinda feeling lucky. Although the guy in WhatsApp was quite helpful and sorted out everything, except for no orange color.
