Unsatisfactory Experience

Unsatisfactory Experience: Rating 0 My experience with Bossard Aerospace Germany GmbH was extremely disappointing. It seems that the notion of politeness and respect toward customers is completely absent from their practices. Here's what I observed:

Lack of communication: Despite several attempts to contact them, no clear or satisfactory response was provided.

Lack of professionalism: The company does not respond to customer requests, even the simplest ones.

I strongly advise against this company to any individual or organization expecting a minimum of respect and responsiveness. An experience I would not wish on anyone.
