We've got the BraZen Shadow PC Gaming Chair in Black and Red and it's really smart, really comfy and son is over the moon with it. In fact, he pretty much lives in it, and would sleep in it if he could!

contacted this company about my shadow pro chair I owned for 14 month as the seat broke they was very understanding and helped me greatly with a replacement.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. The whole shopping experience was excellent - very competitive prices, speedy delivery (using DPD, so I was able to track my purchase) and wonderful technical support.
I was looking for a gaming chair for my grandson. Not knowing a thing about them, I rang the technical support line for advice. The 2 people I spoke to were extremely helpful. The thing I really liked was that both made sure I understood everything without being patronising. I bought an X-Dream Ultra 4.1 Bluetooth and Wireless Gaming Chair. I'd been told that if he needed any help setting it up, to call back. He did need help. He's 14, no dad and his grandad died recently, so is surrounded by a lot of non tekkie females who were useless!
I rang the technical department again, and was very impressed when they remembered me immediately. My grandson spoke to them and found it easy to set the chair up with guidance. He is now a very happy young man.
I will certainly use this company again and am very thankful for the spport we received.

i had ordered a x rocker gaming bean bag on behalf of my son, upon delivery it was faulty mainly due to the couriers fault not Boystuff.co.uk, after a couple of emails and phonecalls to James I have been told that I can keep the item and have received a full refund, in this day and age you don't get better service then that,

Let's just say I am really BAD at ordering anything online but Jane in customer service was amazing and very understanding whilst I tried to order the X Rocker Atlas for my son. Ordered an inflatable gaming chair from these guys that was delivered really quickly, a great bit of kit that unfortunately had a manufacturing fault. E/mailed them shortly after & without quibble sent me out a replacement which was perfect & also came in time for my sons birthday. They offer a great range of stuff so won't hesitate to use them again.
