I am writing regarding the application fax that i installed and the application didn’t work. It failed to send all the fax messages that I attempted to send. After 3 days i was charged $11.99 for an app that doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work at all. Its a scam to charge customers for an app that is not functional.The App is called faxfree but is not free. Secondly apple refused to issue my refund and bpmobile says I must talk to apple to issue the refund but they both are refusing to give me my money back. Both of them are scammers. Don’t trust these apps and i am switching back to android very soon.

Very unhappy!

I read the description on Apple Apps which said "in app" purchases so I downloaded it to see the features but have not used other than look at it once

A week later I find I have been Apple billed 2 off $9.99 charges - $20!!

I then find out that the "in app purchase" is a $9.99 weekly subscription and the 1st I know about it is when I get billed for two weeks - that is $520 per year !!!!!!!
WTF!! I never agreed to a subscription and would have never downloaded it.

BP Mobile customer support told me to contact Apple which I did but the two of them blame each others as Apple says "We reviewed your claim and your purchase doesn't meet conditions for a refund."

Don't think you will get a fair outcome with this company or their billing partner Apple because I tried my best and I feel robbed!
