I’ve just received my James Cameron Deep Sea from BQ Watches which was received in mint condition and I’m absolutely delighted.

Very satisfied with my experience with BQ Watches London.
Purchasing was simple and stress free, as they offer payment via credit card rather than bank transfer. This is greatly appreciated when parting with a large sum of money.
Friendly and swift answers from the staff. I had been sent an incorrect invoice but they were prompt and helpful to amend this error.
I had asked them to resize my watch strap which they said they would accommodate. However, they failed to do so which cost me £50 to have it done elsewhere and this would be why my review isn’t quite 5 stars.
I would though purchase from this company again - Swift delivery, well packaged and even included a complimentary chocolate bar; which is a small gesture of course but a nice touch nonetheless!

It has taken a year to sell my Breitling watch and during that time I have been in constant communication with a number of different people at BQ Watches.
However, all of the staff I have spoken to have been very helpful and knowledgeable and it has been pleasure dealing with Hannah and Lisa in particular.

I choose B&Q to sell my watch, we quickly agreed a retail and commission price based on the watch being sent to B&Q, although the watch didn’t sell on this basis, I decided to sell the watch direct to the company, dealing with Nadia who has been the ongoing contact from start to finish which has helped with the whole process.
Nadia was excellent to deal with, communication was great always responding to my e-mails promptly.
Payment for my watch was done with in hours.
I have no doubt that I will eventually be dealing with this company again.

An Excellent Selling Experience
I had a really excellent experience selling my Rolex through BQ Watches.
From the outset, they were clearly focused on delivering a great customer experience rather than just pushing for a deal. They came in with the strongest offer I received across multiple dealers, which immediately set them apart.
Claire in particular was outstanding throughout the process. She was extremely responsive, clear in her communication, and very easy to deal with. Everything was handled in a friendly, professional and straightforward way, which made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel very smooth.
During the in-person inspection, there were some very minor scratches on the clasp (which I was aware of), but rather than using this as an excuse to chip away at the price, Claire was very fair and consistent. She made it clear they wanted to keep the customer happy and honoured the agreed figure, which I really respected.
Overall, a genuinely professional, transparent and customer-focused experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BQ Watches and would absolutely use them again in future.
