Customer Service very good. There was a delay with product getting to Brace Aid so it took awhile to ship to us. However, they were very responsive to my emails and even called me to update me on shipping status. Offered a refund if I did not wish to wait. We chose to wait because they had exactly the product we wanted and couldn’t find elsewhere.

I have ordered a few things for here and found the site easy to order from as well as how easy it was to get a hold of them by phone. Great people to deal with.

I had used one in the past but after having a fall recently and needed to go back but needed a medium size placed an order, awaiting the switch of the small one sent to me for the medium size to arrive.

Purchased a knee sleeve & lady physiotherapist in office very helpful with very good customer service

Ordered several weeks ago and product still hasn't arrived. Tried reaching them several times with emails and no answer. Whenever I call their number, I get voicemail and can't even leave a message because their mailbox is full. Non-existent customer service, will never order from them again!

Easy to order, fast shipment

Ordered and received confirmation. Then when I hadn't received a shipping notice for 3 weeks, I tried to get ahold of them via phone, email, social media. No response. Finally received a phone call and they were very apologetic but still, was not a great level of service. Received my package and the box was all torn up. Not sure if that is how it was sent, or if that was the delivery people though.

I ordered this two weeks ago. They charged my CC immediately but since then I have heard nothing. I can't reach them via phone, email or chat. There shipping within Canada is supposed to be completed within 1 - 7 days. So much for support that a customer can bank on.
After a few more contact attempts the problem was resolved with a full refund. Product not readily available at this time.

I would have appreciated notice that a product was backordered. After not seeing, but it wasn’t being shipped out after four days. I was left to wonder. Prompt replies to inquiries would be appreciated.

The foot brace that I ordered only comes in black and there’s no reason why it couldn’t come in skin tone.

The product is expensive and is not well-made in my view. While the issue of colour and quality is not this company‘s fault, messaging to the manufacturer would be helpful.

I was never given shipping/tracking information, and the package never arrived. When I inquired with customer service, they told me it had been delivered and then provided a tracking number which did not show proof of delivery. I opened a case with UPS and haven't heard back. I suspect this website is a scam.

Very easy to find exactly what I needed! Lightening fast delivery. Person who answered the phone when I called was pleasant and very helpful. This is where I will directly order from next time instead of shopping around! Very impressed!! Thank you Brace Aid Medical!

The delivery took almost a month to be delivered. I called several times to follow up and everything time I got a different story. It would help if customer service would let you know if things are out of stock or back ordered. Very frustrating when you can’t track your order. The product was exactly what I wanted so product satisfaction was good. Working on proper communication goes a long way for customer satisfaction.

My brace was delivered to my house on a very snowy day. I appreciate that.

Ordering was easy and shipping was fairly quick. I love the brace.
