Pas de livraison après la commande

Au début : achat immédiat, on se rend compte que la livraison est gratuite, débit immédiat.
Mail immédiat disant que "votre commande est prise en compte."
On attend 3 à 5 jours ouvrés : pas de livraison.
Contrôle sur le site avec le num de commande : "Votre commande est prise en compte".
10 jours plus tard : la commande n'a toujours pas avancé, on écrit à l'adresse mentionnée dans le mail de commande : Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
