Received order confirmation email in July 2021. Nothing since. No email, no nothing. I requested a refund. No refund, no product. Total scam.

Purchased and never received my order

Ordered and paid a product but it was never shipped. Their online system showed "Ordered - these items have not been yet shipped" for moths even though they promised to do the shipping in 48 hours. Bracesy never responded to any of my phone calls, messages or e-mails. Finally I had to raise a transaction dispute with my credit card company and luckily got my money back that way. I have done hundreds of online purchases and this was to first time I had to do a transaction dispute. With this lesson I'm sure to use Trustpilot more often before doing online shopping.

i made an order in June 2021, it’s now September and not heard a thing from them! i’ve emailed them several times but no response, and by the looks of the other reviews it looks like this site is a scam. Don’t waste your money.

Paid for the item in early July. Never received tracking details and never received item. Emailed them end of July querying when item would arrive and no response. It's now September and I've raised a transaction dispute with my credit card company.

I am sadly still waiting for the products. It has been 3 months now! I haven’t been able to get any response from the company either. Do not buy from them!

Bought a back brace a few months ago and despite company taking money from my account, no product was delivered.

Took my money in April with a different account to Bracesy. Company are in New York not UK as lead to believe. Said I would receive confirmation of shipping in 48 hours. Never happened. No answer to emails. Terrible I’m afraid I have been scammed and robbed.

This is a fake company. They take your money and do not deliver the product. Shame on you bracesy.com. Good luck explaining yourselves when your time is up.

I purchased an item 15/1/21. I received a message on the website saying my order had been accepted and I'd receive a text/ email to confirm my order and details when it would be dispatched etc... To-date I've received no information, there is no customer service contact number to ring to follow up on my order. I've emailed and had no response. I've tried emailing again to request
a refund as the money has left my account. I'm hoping this isn't one of those sites that take your money and deliver nothing 🥺 I'm not overly impressed so far.

I ordered a month ago, my credit card was charged, have emailed them 6 times requesting info on delivery status and requesting a refund. Totallly ignored. Do not use them, this is a scam.

No correspondence on purchasing back brace. No phone number to ring, no reply to numerous emails. Do not use this company.

They're happy to take your money for an order from the website but then to not send the actual product nor even a confirmation email. 100% scam, avoid at all costs

My order just has arrived after 2 months since i ordered it. They just drop-ship it from china, so you get the product in generic bag without any instructions or user manual. Recommend using a credit card to pay so you can make a chargeback if order didn't meet delivery timeframes given on website .

I ordered a brace in November 2020. I received a notification about 3 weeks later to say my order has just been shipped. It never turned up. I have tried several times to contact the company but I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails. I do not recommend buying from them at all.

Ordered one in dec of last year and when i email the 2 emails they gave out i got no awnser, and theres no way to cancel order. pretty sure scam and are fruad, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
