What a nice local buisness, had a mirror made to fit a bathroom cabinet door after the original had fallen off. Andy could not have been more helpfull and the job was compleated to the agreed timescale and all at a resonable price.
Would recommend this company to anyone.

Great service.
Requested a quote for a new french window with a cat flap. They came out when promised and measured up.
Install day was a breeze, french window payne replaced with custom one to support cat flap. They also provided the cat flap.
Tided up after themselves, would never have know they had been.
Wish all companies were this easy to deal with.

Awful customer service. Came out to measure for some broken glass on our roof terrace. Confirmed they had ordered it and then proceeded to not contact us or bother to return call or messages for over 2 months. Dealt with Graham who is the owner of the business so would have expected better customer service from him. Obviously he is making too much money elsewhere to need our custom!

I contacted Bracknell Glazing due to a problem on a conservatory glass panel. They came back to me via Whatsapp asking for measurements and images of the problem. I sent these and nobody replied, not even acknowledging my message. Call them a few hours later and they said that they far too busy to help me out. I understand that they were very busy but I wasted my time waiting, they could have at least responded to my message. I don't recommend them at all!

I had some float glass cut to size with the edges polished. I must say that the staff were friendly and advised me on the type of glass I needed. Turnaround was quick - just one hour, the pricing reasonable and the glass had been carefully wrapped and protected when I returned to collect it. I will definitely be using this companyagain in the future.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new mirrors and the service provided by Bracknell Glazing. After a really bad experience with another company, I've contacted them and they have explained all the possible options, came, fitted the mirrors and the result left me speechless. In love with the result! Thank you very much!
