I purchased this ring for my wife.

I purchased this ring for my wife. For as much as the ring costs, I expected so much better quality than this. The engraving can only be seen under bright light and at a particular angle, and the topaz are cloudy with absolutely no sparkle whatsoever. We were both disappointed with this purchase.

In Nov 2025 I ordered a ring. it was a sentimental gesture to order it as I had just lost my husband and the ring was so sspecial. as of now, no ringk but a email asking me to rate the productl. I replied I could not rate what I had not received. No word back as of 12/10.

Nobody wants a Chevy cuckoo clock when expecting a baby Jesus!!

I would love to rate this product had I actually received it! I purchased it well in advance for Christmas and made payments on it. My email confirmation and receipt that it came with clearly show the baby Jesus doll. I left it carefully in the box unopened until we started decorating for Christmas. I told my kids I had the best Christmas surprise for them. To my shock and their surprise we opened the box to find a clock. Yes a CLOCK with chevy trucks on it!! What? The sadness, the disappointment. I wanted to cry! Who scams someone out of a baby Jesus at Christmas? I collected and cherished Ashton Drake dolls as a kid. This was my first purchase as an adult and was much anticipated. Customer service never answers my calls. I have waited patiently on the phone. I hope they will eventually answer my emails, honor their satisfaction guarantee, return policy and kindly help me return this clock and refund my money.

Wrong payment taken by them

I ticked the payment box for 4 separate payments and it has taken the FULL amount. I emailed them and they didn’t respond personally just sent me a generic email.
I will not be ordering from them again .

DON'T DO IT!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of The Bradford Exchange for many years and never had a problem. I decided to shop here for my daughter's milestone 30th birthday. I ordered her personalized gift on 7/3/2023 and to this day no gift. Her birthday was on July 12th. I've been in contact with customer service 3 times, in which the last 2 times I was told that it had to be reissued, one with 3-4 weeks delivery and the second with 4-6 weeks delivery. This item was paid in full, so they have almost $100 of my money and I'm still dealing with this. If they ever do actually deliver the product my daughter may have it by her 31st birthday. Way to ruin a milestone BE! Thanks, and no thanks. I will NEVER shop here again. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery took weeks.

When the purchase arrived (2 x shirts) the sizing was completely wrong and nothing like seen on the advert. I then ironed the shirts as they were very creased from packaging. The shirts immediately burned under the iron.

Very Bad Experience poor customer support

Extremely unhappy with Bradford Exchange, purchased a disney slipper set with no obligation to purchase any other editions yet they took payment without my consent and dispatched another edition. Unable to talk to anyone in person, Customer Support a shamble

As a Customer wrote: A NIGHTMARE

I guess really that BRADFORD company and staff won't read any transcriptions of their bad behavior, as they maybe fool only themselves. The promise that the stuff offered in their catalogues will delivered asap is only partly true. We made even good experiences at the beginning. But as I ordered a Harry Potter snow globe with the Hogwarts castle it began "the nightmare", starting in October 2021 was the delivery not possible! Always as I questioned for it I got the answer "Be patient, we deal with your issue!". But it happened nothing! In May 2022 the same answer for the question and an offer for a snow glob of Harry Potters, similar to the ordered one! I ordered even two as there was written "special offer!". Nevertheless I got last week the information that the delivery will take time, at least two month, but it might be even four as well! If we are not really lucky we won't get that in the year 2022! I asked for deleting my account and the orders! Without any excuses I was answered that it is ok and they delete my account!!! What for a company - they are to rich to deal with normal people and their stuff isn't any cheap at all!!! I warn you really for that company!
But now the impressive thing! The first Hogwarts snow globe was found in the actual catalogue again. I got the eMail that it isn't available right now and I even couldn't short before find it at all (only in eBay in US!).
As that castle globe was a Christmas gift for our kids in 2021 my wife said we might give it another try. She made herself an account and ordered that castle again..... I'm really curious what happens next.........

I'll give an update - negative as well as positive..!!!

NEEDED HELP

I recently had 2 small issues, first one of my figurines was missing authenticity certificate and second I could never log into my account with message saying E Mail wasn't recognized even though I was receiving E Mails from the company.
Short message to customer service and both issues fix within the same day! Great job

This company is very hit and miss I have bought things of here that look great like my husbands plane models and also ordered jewellery that looks like it’s come outta a 2p machine. The last thing I bought was a beauty and the beast clock and was really badly made the back was not fixed together probably I was gutted.

I wanted this watch licensed by Ford which they had. It was seamless to order it, it arrived in a timely fashion and it was perfect, brilliantly packed, and presented and I am very fussy. Fast response to emails. For me a brilliant experience. Thanks very much

Mores the fool me

Mores the fool me. Back in Oct 2019. They advertised the Santa carving a manger scene on FB gave a really good price. Man I signed up quicker than you can say Bobs your uncle. Fast forward to 6/21 I’m down$453.46. This is 3x’s what was advertised showing the entire collection. My card has been billed 32.39 twice a month since 11/19 the charges drop once on each side of the cc statement close outs. Customer service would never give me a total price or even respond to initial contact after the Santa and tree arrived. NEVER AGAIN will I do installments. Worse yet, I still do NOT have the complete set.

Dianne - Media Customer Service

I at first had a bad experience when I asked how I can get a replacement globe for my granddaughter. Customer service was no help at all. I then appealed to the media crew and was absolutely thrilled with Dianne on the social media team. She was FANTASTIC and exactly what a customer service person should be - she should be the one that is training your customer service people - you have a absolute GEM there...Thank you Dianne!!!!
