The actual ring looked nothing like the image online and was returned immediately. The return was processed without any issues, but you must use the pre addressed envelope provided by the bradford exchange. The post office cannot provide you with insurance or tracking to that address. I even asked to pay for priority mail so that we could have proof of delivery, but the postal clerk informed me that they could not provide that service for this address type. As I said, it all worked out in the end, but it was very uncomfortable to mail an $800.00 item with no insurance or tracking.

When it came it was very disappointing. You can't see the chocolate diamonds or the name inscriptions. Nothing like the picture. Sure the names are there. But their so small and faint you almost need a magnifying glass to see them. Inscription inside the band is a little better as far as size of text. All in all this was a 700 dollar mistake in my opinion. Wal-Mart sells better for less.
