It's a very beautiful ring & very shiny 😀 I absolutely love it! My only complaint and suggestion would be would to be, is to change the stock photo, as it is not black as I expected and wanted it to be. Other than that I'm completely happy with the product.

I would love to review this product but I cannot as I have not recieved it yet. I ordered this product in November with a guaranteed by Christmas. It is now the 27th, a week ago I called, they said it will make it. Then they sent an email that says January and when I log in it says February. No explanation, no resolution, and no product.

I did not get the ring I ordered. The ring I received looks just like the one that I ordered but it didn't have the black band. Customer service said they would send me the correct ring, but I have not received it yet.

Initially ordered “midnight kiss” ring I loved it because black and silver as my partner wanted a black and silver ring, this would of been perfect if it arrived as described… I wrote to company this is the response I get —-> I'm sorry your collectible was not as expected and I understand that it would be disappointing. The conversion of original artwork into the collectible’s medium occasionally results in minor variations. Color variances may occur as the artwork for the brochure is at times photographed from the original oil or watercolor painting that the artist creates. <—- insane to get this response it’s not artwork and definitely not as described, the ring is beautiful

Incredibly disappointed in this ring. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect ring and when I saw this one I knew it was the one. When the ring is worn it looks nothing like the picture. To make the experience worse there is no customer service at The Bradford Exchange I highly recommend you shoppe elsewhere.
