How can I rate a product I have not received? I ordered this item at the end of November and have not received it yet. I was scheduled to receive it before Christmas, but now it has been pushed back to February???? Are you kidding me? This is for an engagement and wedding - should I postpone the wedding to give you more time to send the item? Are you having to import it from a different planet or what? Give me a break! This is terrible. You could have had a lifelong customer had you sent the item I ordered. Too bad for you. I will be shopping else where in the future as this company is clearly unreliable.

the so called diamond was very cloudy could not read the names or inscriptions in the ring very disappointed looked like a 50 cent gum ball machine ring!!! will ask for refund not the best work at all!!
