This product was over priced. It took a long time to receive. I could have gotten the same one from Target for a lot less. Bradford exchange is very overpriced on so many items. Communication is poor and the hours of operation is rediculous if we have any problems with this item.

I never received it! I called approximately 10 days ago to make sure I was receiving the igloo because I had never ordered from Bradford before and had never received shipping information. The person I spoke to said it would be delivered last Wednesday. It has not come yet; I am very disappointed!!!
