I have tried to contact this company multiple times to return the music boxes because they are not of quality and you can't even tell what they are playing. Very disappointed and I can't even give them as gifts.

It was beautiful, I gifted it to my mother in law, she absolutely loved it.
How can I rate something that I am STILL waiting to be shipped. Wanted it for my Brother's memorial service which was last month and now they say it won't ship until mid January!!
