You note that custom is "engraved" into the product when infact it was just a gold heart sticker lightly attached that has already fallen off. Needless to say.. I will not not be purchasing anything custom again. The craftsmanship of the gnome globe itself is beautiful and well designed.

Can’t really review as I have yet to receive the product. Ordered 12/20/24 because it stated arriving by 12/24/24. Said it shipped 12/26, UPS notifies it receives package on 12/28. Updated notification advised mechanical issues and delayed to 12/30 delivery, notified today 12/30 that package is being delivered by USPS and might be here 12/31 after 9pm. Absolutely disappointed in all aspects. The recipient of this present leaves today for California. Now I have to pay to ship if it ever arrives.

I thought the names would be engraved onto the heart thing. Not a sticker with our names printed on it. It makes it look cheap.

This product is so misleading. The cut in the tree with the names on it doesn’t look anything like the picture. It’s just a sticker on the truck with names on it. The picture shows wood grain in the cut of the tree truck which isn’t on the actual product. The sticker isn’t mentioned anywhere on this. Totally misleading.
