I have YET to receive it. I paid extra to get it in 2 days and I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT YET. It was to be my sister's Christmas present. I got an email yesterday saying it might be here tomorrow. I'm not counting on it. I SHOULD AT LEAST Have THE 2 DAY mail refunded since it's been about a week since I ordered it. I have never been so disappointed and angry in my life. My s shrugged it off, but she was VERY DISAPPOINTED. SEND ME MY ORDER , REFUND THE POSTAGE, OR REFUND ME THE ENTIRE ORDER IF IT'S NOT HERE BY TOMORROW!!!. PS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU A ZERO RATI6, BUT IT WASN'T ALLOWED.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. It appeared whiter and larger in the pictures. The packiagng it arrived in was ridiculous. It came thru the mail in the actual styrofoam boxthe music box was in, held together with wide tape. It had no outer box or sleeve. (This was suppose to be a special gift) The styrrofoam was dented and the certificate of auth. was taped to the outside of styrofoam by the shipping label and literally had a cut in it. The card inside was not even as big as a credit card and it was bent. Ugh.For $98 I expected a much better product AND presentation. Customer service was good though and did not give me a hassle. They credited my account without question, but I was out a nice gift for my mother in law ON Mother's Day. Ugh.
