Had to return the watch because the band did not fit the wrist to my brother and there was NO DIAMOND at the 12 o-clock position as advertised. Other than that, it is a beautiful watch. Bradford MUST CHANGE it's advertising. Sent back for a refund.

The quality of this watch is very high. I am hapoy with this gift purchase, however , I was extremely disappointed to receive it 5 days after I ordered it and paid for two day shipping. The first response from Bradford Exchange was a date that was perfect timing. It actually arrived two days later than that.

The watch was purchased for a promotion ceremony. It was presented as a gift and it was broken! The embassment was horrendous. This was a bad review in front of a crowd as well. They only offered to exchange.

Never received the correct watch. I ordered the USAF watch and you sent me the Navy watch. I ordered two watches and you have only sent me one so far. I am sending the Navy watch back and hopefully I will get the two USAF watches.
