Almost $170 worth of plastic for my Air Force memorabilia. A complete waste of money for cheap plastic that can not even be painted in the lines. Everything looks beautiful when advertised, until you get the POS.

I ordered two of these for Air Force friends. One was badly damaged in shipping, the second one was fine. Your group didn’t want the damaged one sent back but is in the process of sending a replacement (and hopefully not just words!). The damaged one was for CMSGT James Catto.
The personalization was missing parts of the letters of the name! I am so disappointed and was extremely embarrassed when the gift was opened!

It captures the respect I feel for my father.
Memories of service are important to me. This is a functional piece I’m able to have in my living room. Very well made and I like the flags. Thought they would be cloth. They’re not…. They’re better than cloth. It’s a perfect size and I look at it every day.
I got this for my husband who is retired and had served in the airforce in his younger days and he really liked it alot!
I cannot rate this item at this time as it never arrived.

The clock arrived with a broken name plate (which I super-glued together) and a broken thermometer which I couldn't fix. I reported the condition of the clock to you and was told you will replace the clock completely. I am waiting for the replacement.
