Piece of junk. 2 stones have fallen out and it's only been worn twice. I've sent message to customer support for instructions on returning for a complete and full refund but have not received any response. So, so disappointed in this company.

Ring is not good quality and bands are straight instead of curved to fit main ring properly!

It was very nice quality and very pretty.
I ordered this to propose to my long time girlfriend I payed a extra 20 for package n handling it said right on the website guarantee there before Christmas said it would deliver on the 23rd this is the 27th and still no where to be seen. So as of now im highly dissatisfied i even messaged customer service and got nothing

I feel I could have done better at some of the stores like Penny's or macy,s. There is no shine in the largest stone in the ring. will not be wearing it.

I was so excited to get my ring as my husband baught it as a new wedding set since I lost my first set but when I got it my dimond was completely dull... Absolutely no shine or sparkle what so ever. I've seen costume jewelry sparkle way brighter. This was my first time making a purchase from the Bradford exchange and i am highly disappointed as is my husband since this was gift to me from him. I even subscribed to your rewards program but i will definitely be canceling it

I am very disappointed in this ring set. The stones are so cloudy, they look like cut glass instead of white topaz. Actually, they look like bad costume rings. I have been trying to return them to Bradford Exchange but have not received a reply with authorization to return. This is the first thing that I have purchased from Bradford Exchange that was unacceptable. Everything else I have purchased has been beautiful.
