The ring was pretty for a day and within two days became dull and glass like. I was missing the return label so I contacted customer service. I was mailed a class A return label with no way of tracking the package. I'm still waiting for a refund and in the meantime being charged for a very disoppoiting purchase. The ring was very disoppoiting. The return experience has been highly frustrating. I prefer the piece of mind of knowing my returned can be tracked and have proof that it was Indeed sent back. I expected more from a company that has been around for as long as bradford exchange has.

Never received the first one I ordered. Ordered and paid the a 2nd one with two day shipping seeing that my wedding was in 4 days. Wedding was today and still haven't received my ring when I was told that I i would have it by Friday. Needless to say I had no ring to get married with
