Always beside me was purchased for my wife, the picture appears to be silver or even chrome but once it arrived i realized it is mirrors glued onto a box, nonetheless it’s a beautiful memorial for my mother-in-law that we’ll cherish.

Product was not as big as what the picture made it appear to be. Very disappointed. Also, took way too long for it to arrive in the mail. I sent numerous inquiries about the shipment, but never got a reply. Will not order from this company again.

Beautiful gift for memorial
My daughter is very pleased with the music box. It took much longer than anticipated and did not show up until after Christmas. The product itself is well worth the money.

I have emailed that I have not received the product and asked that my order be cancelled as it was a birthday present. I was told to email again after 30 days if it isn't received.

I can't really say. I only opened it up to make sure it wasn't broken and put it back in all the packing and gave it to my friend. It was a gift.

The product is perfect and my friend loves it. However, I was disappointed with the packing that it came in - very messy. (I am so glad that I chose to have it sent to myself - I was able to clean it up and put it in another package). And it said that an invoice was included, but it was not, and I still have not received a copy of the invoice. When I placed a previous order, the package included the gift in a separate box, which was quite presentable and acceptable.
This music box is absolutely beautiful. I bought it for my mother in law after my husband passed and she loves it.
