Was a Christmas Gift for my daughter who's sweet beagle just passed away. I call day after I placed order to make sure you would understand her delivery address. The woman I spoke with assured me that it would be, 27.5 West Weir Street, Taunton, Ma 02780. I needed to explain to your customer service rep, that yes it is 27.5. Not 275 as my daughter's address has a strange number with it being 27 1/2 west weir st. She assured me yes. Well then I finally get notified it was shipped. But the address was completely wrong. She put it down as 275 Weir st. There is no Weir street, and it's not 275!! I called right away...and the male customer service representative, said he would have to wait till it came back , before he can make another order up and ship it out. We'll I have notifition you received it back as no such address..no kidding. And a you have not shipped the item out to the correct address as promised. I've been charged and no item. I am so angry that not only no item, my the nerve to ask me for a review. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
