Very angry with my service. I ordered a quantity of 3 bracelets on one order, the order was split and I was charged 3x for delivery fees. I will not order again from Bradford and have spread the word about how unfair and unprofessional your company is. I was charged $32.00 plus for each bracelet when they could have been sent in one order, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

The bracelet would have been a nice gift, but the clasp could not be opened. It was returned for refund that I am yet to receive.
