disappointed in size and realistic / succulent size of gold engraved heart...much too small, my particular (2) separate engraving with 10 letter names so unreadable need a magnifier to view on both Sister & Daughter-in-law engraving(S). The cursive was exquisite but too incey- squinecy teeny weeny. etc. Sadly the Dollar General store carries a plain white version without gold leaf decor for only $5.00 None the less I praying the recipients enjoy and display the items proudly/ fondly with the love intended inspite of the shortcomings noted.

I ordered this product with the expectation of receiving it by 8/15/22. It has been backordered 3 times since, not expected to ship until 10/21/22. Completely unacceptable. I am very displeased with the service of this company. I will not order from them again.
