This was ordered as a Christmas gift. It came in the styrofoam package and nothing else, there was no packing slip, and the certificate of authenticity was hanging by tape on the outside of the styrofoam. The item was broken upon receipt. I called, and was told another one will be sent overnight and that I will get it on December 24th, I still do not have it and no tracking number is available. Update. I still have not received the item, and I called again, the previous rep didn’t even document the call and the guy I spoke with today attempted to say I broke the item.

The product was received in the styrofoam used for packaging with no box. The styrofoam package was damaged and I am not impressed at all with the way my item was shipped or the way my concern was handled in customer service. This always a gift, delivered directly to the recipient and I was extremely embarrassed. This was a very important piece and the value and authenticity of this shipment diminished greatly. I was offered $10 off my next purchase, what’s joke! I asked for an immediate credit and was told that was not available. At this point, I will not be ordering from you again.

Hello, I am sorry you are not happy with your order! Some of our manufacturers forgo regular cardboard boxes and use only Styrofoam. This cuts down on wasteful packaging, and Styrofoam protects the product better than a regular box as it is molded to fit the product. a little smaller than i thought it would be

It was very poorly packed. The wing's were broken. It was beautiful, but it was a gift for my daughter. I have sent it back, but my fear if it is packed the same way, it will be broken again. I had very little money to purchase this, if it is nbroken again I will request a refund.
